  Saturday Mar 25, 2017 230 PM. The taste in food and decor showed an attempt, but failed in the best way to give good service -- table service. Our wait staff seemed disinterested, was definitely mechanical, and forgot orders. Food was served after 20 mins. Washrooms needed cleanup -- garbage bins overflowing, toilet bowls were stained. Menu's last page had a number of "policies".

  Has very nice environment, the food is delicious and very traditional. The list of drinks is extremely extensive with lots of textures and flavours. A lot of dressing for the bubble tea or flush. I really like this place.

  I would suggest going around lunch, the staff that is usually working are all wonderful! They're so nice (especially the older lady) and really helpful to each other and the customers! Honestly love the day staff!
  
  Whereas if you were to go at night (where two younger girls with extremely long hair are working)... you'll just get horrible customer service and they'll give you rude looks and ignore the customers that are trying to get their attention :)
  
  Gave 4 stars because my food is always amazing and I usually only go during the day!
