  Went to the Burger King in New West. yesterday ordered three double whoppers with cheese meals to go. When we got home and unwrapped the burgers they were singles. Drove back to replace the meals, they did (after about ten minutes). I had to remind about the fries. When we got home the fries were only half full. Never going to that location again.

  Much better inside after renovations. One person running everything in the front causes huge delays. Food is always good so no complaint there

  This is a good fast food location. I'm always treated well and given good service. It is typical of any fast food joint so don't look for high class restaurant service but it is good quality fast food restaurant service. And the Whopper is still my favorite burger

  The staff at this location are incompetent. Screwed up my order 4 out of the last 5 times. First time they forgot to give me my chicken sandwich. Second time they forgot to give me my fries. Third time they gave me the wrong drink. This time they gave me a regular whopper even though I ordered the BBQ bacon whopper. I can understand if it's busy and you make a mistake but all the times I went it was slow. And all 4 times were drive thru. I'm done with this location and i recommend that everyone else stay away.
