  We always order by phone and pick up in 20 minutes. Always hot, well cooked and delicious. I have never been successful with ordering online and have never asked for it to be delivered.

  Abysmal service from start to finish. This used to be my go-to pizza place, but not anymore. It took nearly 3 hours to receive my food, with zero attempts to inform me of any wait and having to call 6 times before someone picked up. To top it all, it was actually overcooked, hard and dry. If I wanted a mediocre experience I would have gone to the independent place down the street.

  Yeahh this place is pretty awful. Ordered delivery online and at around 15 minutes past expected, I called in and got forwarded to the call center. Called again and they told me the driver says 2-3 minutes. Another 20 minutes after that the driver finally shows up. I like pizza hut pizza, but not when it's lukewarm and kind of damp..

  Tonight I ordered one of the specials which was a medium Veggie Lover along with honey/garlic boneless bites, and a Caesar Salad. The pizza when delivered in its supposed 'heat sleeve' was not hot. I don't think it even qualified as warm. The salad was warm when it should have been cold, and the bites tasted like last nights bites warmed over. Rather a waste of money. I have received excellent pizzas from Pizza Hut in the pass. Tonights experience was a disaster. And yes, I have phoned and registered a complaint.

  Placed order in store, told 16-20 mins, waited and saw the guy that placed a similar order just before I did(also walkin) left with his order. This was about 15 mins of waiting. So after waiting 20 mins altogether they said it would be 3 more minutes. After about 30 mins I got my take out order.
  
  We were annoyed but the manager on shift brought us out our food, gave us a few extra wings, and said she was sorry for the wait.
  The pizza was done well, everything tasted fine.
  Well be going there again in the future to give them another shot at organization.
