  I have never had a fast food place argue with me before. That Derek guy has to go. I love Subway, but if I see he is working when I go in to get a sandwich I don't bother. How has management not noticed you have someone so ridiculous working for them? I can count the amount of lettuce he puts on a sub - he heats up the meat in the microwave and then doesn't toast the sub?!? He doesn't say hi or welcome you to the store, and just treats you like a nuisance. You should feel welcome and feel like there is a level of consistency in a chain restaurant. Get rid of that Derek guy, and train the staff on some customer service.

  Just went to this establishment and the staff gave me the smallest portion of tuna on my footlong sub. He used a small plastic spoon as opposed to the metal scooper which every other subway uses. I may have received half of the portion that I was supposed to receive. Furthermore, I order another turkey footlong and had a buy one get one free mobile bandit coupon which I wanted to use and pay with two separate cards because one sub was for me and the other for my coworker but the staff member said that he could not process the payment with two cards.

  Employee named Derek is fairly unpleasant to deal with. I cringe Everytime I walk in to get something to eat and it's him behind the counter. Because I know I'm in for an rough time. I honestly don't want to eat here anymore because of it. The Other staff are not a problem. But it's luck of the draw who you get. And I'd rather not play Russian roulette just to get a sandwich. I'll come back in a few months. Hopefully there will be new staff.
