  -Great (unlimited) coffee
  -Large portions
  -Quality breakfasts, with many options
  -Reasonable prices with good deals (for seniors, children and early-bird)
  -Established family restaurant with long history and great reputation
  -Appropriate, casual and comfortable interior with a view of 6th Street
